Vasilikos Travel Guide

by our Greece expert Paul Baderman
Paul BadermanVassilikos is a peninsula on the southern tip of the Ionian island of Zakynthos. It forms one arm of the sweeping Laganas bay but is more of a family and nature-lovers’ area than the lively resort that gives the bay its name. Here you can still find deserted sandy bays, used by the loggerhead turtles who nest here - the Marine Conservancy covers the area.
